We are not a massive team, nor are we the largest agency in town, but over the years this has meant we can truly offer a personal and tailored service to our clients and have built a reputation in providing a unique experience. Our brief

Iris were asked to look at the complete marketing strategy of the business. Matthew Anthony were looking for a tailored solution that would showcase their brand, company values, market positioning and property portfolio whilst building their reputation as one of the leading estate agents in Worthing. We were tasked with updating and maintaining their social media marketing, designing new internal and external advertising material, building communication streams, updating their current website, rebranding their prominent new high street office and creating new video content about important changes within the property market.
