The company ethos...

Technology is developing at a pace we have never experienced before, yet in many cases, the property market still seems to struggle to keep up with the times. Our clients' vision is to create an estate agency that utilises the best in modern convenience, yet holding on to the traditional values of service and communication which are so important. For many years there has been some stigma attached to estate agent fees. Their mission was to create a model where customers had a clear and understandable choice with no jargon or hidden costs.

Our brief

We were asked to modernise the existing website, the customer liked the platform they were using and had integrated functionality. Our task was to re-design the current site without any downtime or loss of information. although there were preferred colour choices within the existing brand, the client wanted a set of guidelines to make sure everything was consistent moving forwards. They also lack continuity across social channels and felt it an ideal time for someone to take the reins and establish good social posting practices.

One of the main issues was finding time within the organisation to post regular content, with little to no brand continuity across posts or social channels, they felt they needed a set of guidelines and designs that would showcase their brand and make it instantly recognisable.
